We got excellent services and extremely spacious and huge room with great shower. The location was great for walking around Bull House.
Some people working there were very rude.

Unfortunately, the hotel felt quite neglected. The shuttle service was limited, and we found ourselves waiting at the front desk multiple times with no staff attendance. The eerie atmosphere, reminiscent of a retired home.

Modern, fairly clean venue with great and magnificent location adjacent to public transport which is regular and cheap, the Colosseum, and the close-by subway station. Decent food, spacious room with single bed and great shower, as for instance.

The hotel staff were friendly and always available to help. The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night.

Helpful personnel, free-of-charge Wi-Fi
Poor location - far from the centre, shuttle bus to neares metro - end of blue line - going not by schedule, but how it likes, bus parking right behind the hotel means awfull noice all night until early morning, the bar was not working, no place to eat nearby in the evening. No to complaint, but to mention: we got the room without hot water and was adviced a new one only after complaint.

Holtel recently build, new furniture, cleanness
Our room, otherwise spacious had not a single table/desk in it, and only had a single chair. The room gave the impression that it was concieved as a selfcatering (standalone) studio apartment but was left unfinished and just became a plain hotel room. No real breakfast facility available inside the hotel, at best croissant brought to your room.

It was good value for money. The rooms were really clean and neat and it was easy to get to town
There wasn't any facilities in the hotel ie bar or restaurant. was very far way from any restaurants and reception didnt have any information on any sights in Rome. Not very helpful. We understand that its a business hotel but it should cater for tourists aswell as there was a good few staying there
